Terms and Conditions

Please read this document carefully as it contains the general terms of purchase that you accept if you use Majoe Shea Beauty.
The terms and conditions set forth below (the “Terms”) apply to your use of Majoe Shea Beauty and to the purchases you make through Majoe Shea Beauty. These Terms apply between the customer (referred to as “you”, “you”) and Majoe Shea Beauty AB (Corporate identity number: 559281-9014) (referred to as “Majoe Shea Beauty”, “the Company”, or “we” or “us”).

By using shealife.com and / or placing an order, you agree to abide by the terms set forth in this document (the “Terms”).

Make sure you have read and understood the terms before placing your order. Orders can only be placed by people over 16 years of age. The availability of products or services on shealife.com at any given time does not or does not guarantee that these products or services will always be available. We reserve the right to stop selling a product at any time.

Eligibility criteria for ordering:

You can only buy products:
• Which are available for sale and about which there is information at Majoe Shea Beauty
• For delivery to the published delivery offers available here
• For personal use, either by yourself or by the person (s) you intend to receive the products. Majoe Shea Beauty reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse orders (for example, if we believe that the order in question is intended for resale other than through the distribution channels approved by Majoe Shea Beauty).

Information on the products available for purchase (including price) can be found on Majoe Shea Beauty. Majoe Shea Beauty makes every reasonable effort to ensure that the information, product descriptions and prices available with us are correct at the time the relevant information is posted on shealife.com. While we try to keep Majoe Shea Beauty as up-to-date as possible, the information displayed at a particular time may not always reflect the current situation at the exact moment you place an order.


Order products and enter into purchase agreements

• Once you have selected the products you want to order, the products will be placed in your shopping cart.
• At the end of the check-out process, you can see your “Order Summary”, where you can detect and correct any input errors.
• You must also read and accept Major Shea Beauty terms before the words can be sent.
• At the end of the page with order summary, click on “Send order” to send a binding order to us.
• Once you have clicked on the “Send order” button, we will obtain consent from your credit or debit card company regarding the amount stated in the order summary. We do not deduct money from your account at this stage, although the amount available will be reduced by the consent. This is a normal procedure for banks. If your credit card does not allow the amount, your order will not be process.
• Majoe Shea Beauty will send you an email to confirm that your order has been received, but that does not mean that we accept your order.
• Majoe Shea Beauty will email you again to accept your order and to confirm that the products you have ordered will be sent to you (“Delivery Confirmation”).
• A purchase agreement regarding the products you ordered is entered into between you and Majoe Shea Beauty when we send you an e-mail with Delivery Confirmation, but no later than when you receive the products.
• The purchase agreement can be entered into in Swedish.
• You will receive the wording of the purchase agreement in the e-mail with the Delivery Confirmation. The wording of the purchase agreement is saved by Majoe Shea Beauty but cannot be accessed by the Customer after the agreement has been entered into.

Majoe Shea Beauty may, in its sole discretion, refuse or be prevented from processing your order, including but without limitation, if:
• The product you ordered is withdrawn or no longer available.
• Your credit or debit card does not allow payment of the purchase price.
• You do not meet the eligibility criteria for ordering listed at the beginning of this section.

Terms of payment

You can pay by credit or debit card. The amount is deducted from your card as you enter into the purchase agreement with us. You can see more about the payment terms here


Right of return and right of withdrawal

The following return and repentance terms do not affect your rights under applicable mandatory law.


CANCEL AN ORDER

You can change and cancel your order within fourteen (14) days of receiving the products. If you choose to cancel your order, we will refund:

a. the full purchase pricee, the fees for delivering the products to you.

Provided that you first return the products in your order to us, in unchanged condition. If you fail to return the products to us, we may charge for them or for the cost of collecting them from you.


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS AND INCORRECT DELIVERIES

You can (i) exchange your products or (ii) receive a full refund if the products in your order are damaged or faulty upon receipt, or if the products you have received are not the products you ordered.

i. Exchange: In the event of replacement of damaged or faulty products or defective deliveries, we will send replacement goods to you free of charge, provided that you first return the products in your order to us, in the condition they were when you received them.

ii. Refund: In the event of return of damaged, incorrect or defective deliveries, we will refund:
a. the full purchase price
b. the fees for delivering the products to you

Provided that you first return the products in your order to us, in the same condition as they were in when you received them. If you fail to return the products to us, we may charge for them or for the cost of collecting them from you.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR PRODUCTS
When you return products, you can use store addresses below for return by post or return your products directly to the same company-owned store.

The following information is needed when you return your products:
a. A copy of your email with the Order Confirmation containing your order number starting.
b. The Delivery Document that came with your package, containing your Delivery Number.

a. It may take up to 7 days for your package to reach us

• Returned products will be processed within five (5) business days of receipt (excluding Saturdays).
• Reasonable care must be taken when packing and returning the package by mail, so that the products are not damaged during transport.
• You should obtain and retain proof that you sent the shipment until you receive your refund or exchange item.

OTHER
Majoe Shea Beauty reserves the right to:

Modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, Majoe Shea Beauty (or any part thereof) with or without notice to you; Majoe Shea Beauty is not responsible to you or any third party for any such changes or withdrawals; and or

• Change the Terms or the Delivery Terms from time to time, and by continuing to use Majoe Shea Beauty (or part thereof) after such change, you are deemed to
have accepted the change. It is your responsibility to regularly check if the Terms have changed. If you do not accept changes to the Terms, you must stop using Majoe Shea Beauty immediately.
• If Majoe Shea Beauty were to change these Terms, the Terms that applied at the time of your order will apply to the order. A copy of the relevant version of the Terms can be obtained via email from majoesheabeauty@gmail.com

If any part of the Terms is declared illegal or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed to have been removed from the Terms and the remaining provisions of the Terms shall continue to apply.

The purchase agreement between you and us is governed by Swedish law. The International Sales Law (CISG) shall not apply. If you are a trader, a legal entity formed under public law or an estate, bankruptcy estate or similar formed under public law, the exclusive forum for disputes arising from the purchase agreement

Payments

Secure payment

Shopping at Majoe Shea Beauty e-commerce is safe and easy. You can choose between invoice payment, partial payment (Klarna Account), direct payment through your bank or card payment where your bank or credit card is connected to Visa or Mastercard / Eurocard. More information about the different payment options can be found under the respective heading below.


Card payment

You who have a bank or credit card connected to Visa, Mastercard / Eurocard, Electron, Maestrokort or American Express can pay through your credit card. When you choose this payment option, the amount is reserved on your credit card when you order and payment is only made when the goods are sent to you.

Majoe Shea Beauty offers the latest systems for more secure payments through its payment providers. This sometimes means that you have to activate such via your bank. If your card purchase is denied due to this, use invoice payment or contact your bank to activate safer card purchases online.


Invoice
The invoice is sent via email from Klarna. The invoice is handed over to our partner, Klarna AB, who performs a simplified credit check without a copy of knowledge. Partial payment (Klarna account)
If you choose partial payment as a payment option, you choose each month how much you want to pay. Partial payment is handled by our partner, Klarna AB. Swish Payment 
You who are connected to Swish can make a payment that is deducted directly from your bank account. Open the Swish app on your mobile device and accept the payment via your mobile Bank ID to complete the purchase. In the event of a return, the money will be refunded to your bank account or alternatively to your bank or credit card or cash. Read more about Swish terms here


Prices
All our prices are stated in Swedish kronor and include VAT, VAT is reported on the order confirmation / receipt


Deliveries and ordering
After your order has been sent, it will be delivered within 2-7 working days. Free gift on order over 699SEK. Below you can see which delivery methods Majoe Shea Beauty offers. Your postcode determines which delivery methods you can choose. 

PostNord:
Delivered to an agent or directly in your mailbox. Smaller packages are delivered directly to your mailbox, while larger packages are delivered to PostNord’s delivery point near you.

Postnord MyPack Collect:
The order item is picked up by Postnord in the store and delivered to your nearest delivery point. With MyPack Collect, the product can be delivered in the Nordic countries and Europe. The recipient receives a message via SMS, e-mail, or through the PostNord app when the package can be picked up at the agent chosen by the recipient MyPack Collect applies to packages up to 20 kilos. With the Track letter, package and pallet service, you can track the package all the way.

Instabox:
Delivery to storage boxYour package is delivered to a storage box, you can choose which storage box you want it delivered to at checkout. You can track your package and an SMS with an opening code will be sent when your package is in the Instabox cabinet. More information about the delivery method can be found at: www.instabox.se

UPS, UPS Express Saver – Home delivery to the door:
UPS usually delivers the package between 09.00 and 19.00. Here on UPS website you can track your package and get updates via email or text message.  More information about the delivery method can be found at: www.ups.com

DHL Freight, Service Point:
DHL Freight offers package transportation between their Servicepoint agents. When you order your package, Service Points will send an SMS or email confirming that the package is ready to pick up. If the shipment is to be delivered to your home address, they will contact you. If they have contacted you via SMS – follow the instructions in the SMS. You can track your package here on DHL and for more information can be found on their website: www.dhl.com


Uncollected packages:

Your package remains at the delivery point for different lengths of time depending on the respective supplier’s regulations, after which it is sent back to Majoe Shea Beauty. If you have paid for your order but not picked it up, you will automatically be credited with the sum of the products (but not for the shipping cost) when we have handled your delivery. Majoe Shea Beauty also charges an administrative fee of SEK 150 for non-collected delivery.

Order and delivery confirmations / receipt:
When you have completed an order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. If you have not received an order confirmation, please check that your e-mail address is correct and notify Majoe Shea Beauty customer service and we will resend the confirmation if you have not received one.

When the goods are sent from Majoe Shea Beauty e-commerce warehouse, you will also receive a delivery confirmation / receipt via e-mail. An agreement between you and Majoe Shea Beauty on delivery of your ordered products arises when you receive a delivery confirmation.


Returns

Returns
In accordance with the Distance Sales Act, you have 14 days to cancel a product after you have received your order.

The product must be returned in unchanged condition in the original packaging undisturbed with a seal intact for health reasons so that you as a customer will receive a full refund, when returning to e-commerce, the return is paid for by the customer. This also includes that the goods must not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered and that patches and labels are intact.

The refund will be made with the same payment method that you used at the time of purchase.

You can also visit the beauty shop Majoe Shea on Rindögatan 12 Stockholm to exercise the right of withdrawal or make a change for free. There you have the opportunity to get your money back directly in the event of an approved right of withdrawal or complaint.

The following information is needed when you return your products by sending it back to Majoe Shea Beauty:
• A copy of your email with the Order Confirmation containing your order number starting.
• The Delivery Document that came with your package, containing your Delivery Number.

Majoe Shea Beauty is not responsible for the product during the time it is sent back from you as a customer, regarding the right of withdrawal or complaint. Please note that product exchange cannot take place on Majoe Shea Beauty e-commerce, but you can instead exercise your right of withdrawal and return the item and order again.

Right of withdrawal

You always have the right to cancel your order within 30 days, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is calculated from the date when you received the last item / items in your order.

Certain products are excluded from the right of withdrawal. The product must be returned with unopened packaging and otherwise unused and undamaged condition. For health and hygiene reasons, products with broken packaging or other broken sealing are not covered.

If you have used a bonus check when purchasing the product that you choose to return, the refund will be given in the form of a gift card or credit receipt.

However, if you have used a discount coupon or promotional offer for the product you choose to return, the coupon will not be reactivated.

Exercise of the right of withdrawal
You must return the goods or return them to us without undue delay and in any case within 30 days, if your desire to cancel your order. We encourage you to contact Majoe Shea Beauty customer service by phone or email, see contact information above, before returning the item. You can also cancel the item by turning directly to our store to make a return free of charge, when returning to e-commerce, the return is paid for by the customer himself.

If you choose to return the product, the product must be sent to Majoe Shea Beauty within 14 days from the date you notified us that you regret it. The return is paid for by the customer.

You will receive your refund no later than 14 days after we were informed of your decision to cancel the order. We have the right to wait with the refund until we have received the goods or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first. We will use the same payment method that you used when ordering.

Majoe Shea Beauty is not responsible for the product during the time it is sent back to us from the customer due to the right of withdrawal, return or complaint. Be sure to send back as a package and keep the shipment number until you have been refunded or contacted.
