Return Eligibility
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure your request is made within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on opened skincare items due to hygiene reasons. Custom or personalized products are also non-returnable. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order details to support@shealife.com. Our team will guide you through the process to ensure a smooth return experience.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Products returned in damaged or used condition
– If an item is returned with visible signs of use, partial reimbursement may apply. -
Items returned without original packaging
– If product boxes, safety seals, or labeling are missing. -
Late returns
– If the item is returned outside of the return window (but still approved), a partial refund may be issued at our discretion. -
Incomplete sets or bundles
– If only part of a multi-item set is returned (e.g., a gift box with missing items). -
Shipping costs
– Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please send an email to annie_1993@hotmail.se. Include your full name, order number, and a brief explanation of why you wish to return the item. Please wait for our confirmation and the return address before sending anything back. Note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Ensure that all items are returned in their original condition, unused and unopened, within 14 days of delivery. Custom or personalized items cannot be returned. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 14 days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the error was on our part. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Handling Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days at annie_1993@hotmail.se. Include photos of the damaged or incorrect item along with your order number. After reviewing your case, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund. We are committed to resolving these issues promptly and ensuring your satisfaction with Shealife.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@shealife.com
Handling Gifts
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
