Microbiological Safety

This formulation is considered low risk from a microbiological perspective in accordance with ISO 29621. Based on the Swedish Medical Products Agency report Skin Creams and Similar Products (2011), challenge testing is generally not required for low-risk formulations of this type.

Our Calendula Salve is handcrafted in small batches in Sweden using a concentrated blend of botanical oils, shea butter, beeswax and calendula extract.

The formula combines traditional ingredients such as calendula and beeswax with baobab, rosehip, grapeseed and rice bran oils to create a rich multipurpose salve for areas that need additional conditioning.

Because each batch is handcrafted, small variations in colour, texture and appearance may naturally occur.
